By signing below, I hereby consent to the taking of photographs, videos, and/or audio recordings of the above participant during Pride Roc Basketball training, practice games and other events. I understand that these images or recordings may be used for promotional, educational, or other purposes in various media, including but not limited to websites, social media, brochures, and other marketing materials.
I grant Pride Roc Basketball and its representatives, agents, or employees the right to use these images and recordings as described above, without compensation or further approval, and waive any rights to review or approve the final product.
The consent includes:
The use of images and recordings in printed and digital formats.
Distribution and reproduction in any media, including online platforms.
The right to use the material for advertising, marketing, and publicity purposes.
I understand that I can withdraw my consent at any time in writing, except where the images or recordings have already been used.
I acknowledge that I am over 18 years of age, or that I am the parent/legal guardian of a minor participant and am authorized to provide consent on their behalf.
